Nice and affordable place for Korean BBQ. The selection of marinated or non marinated meats is great, and they also offered a choice of classic Korean meals. The service was fast and efficient. The food was delicious and loved the friendly and warm (thanks to the BBQ grill) atmosphere It's a great place to go with friends to eat and drink

Great food and service. Much different than other Korean bbq. Get a large platter to try many diff meats. They cook for you, which was diff for me. Also you make it into a lettuce wrap to eat, also diff. Fun to try the sides and sauces.

The meat was decent, and the server cooked the meat well! I'd say the meat is not as marbled as that of higher end kbbq places, but it's still good. The kimchi pancake was too doughy, however, and the ratio of kimchi to batter was off (too much batter). The tofu stew and egg soufflé tasted a little too much like msgs, which I'm not that a big fan of. Still, it's overall a good place for a casual kbbq dining experience!

Absolutely delicious! The meat was so flavorful and tender and juicy, fresh tasting! Their soodubu is awesome, the kimchi and the rest were great. Love this place, great vibe and the servers are lovely! One tip, my daughter requests that you play more boy Kpop songs! :)

Great KBBQ spot with delicious Korean food! You have to take an elevator up to get to the restaurant. It's a busy place so definitely recommend to make a reservation or come at off hours. This KBBQ spot is al carte and not all you can eat. They have sets of meats and individual types of meats including beef, pork and seafood. And they have a big selection of Korean food as well. The staff will cook and cut the meat for you, they're very efficient and on top of it. The meal also comes with a steamed egg, rice, banchan, sauces, salads, and lettuce to make wraps. All the food was amazing! The meats were delicious. I also enjoyed other the kimchi and seafood pancakes, they were nice and crispy and pretty big. Highly recommend for anyone who wants authentic and delicious KBBQ.

Super authentic Korean BBQ in Manhattan. It's on the second floor, have to check in on first floor to go. We were able to get a great table overlooking the street on a Thursday night. Service is prompt and they get you all started on your BBQ. We had the large marinated beef platter. The beef was tender, juicy and went well with all the different sauces and accompaniments. I'm not an expert on Korean food, at least not yet, but I found Jongro BBQ to be very satisfying.

We came here at 5 with a large party of 11 and were able to get seated immediately (we called ahead to check too). We ordered the large beef platter with some extra brisket for 6 people to share, and I left feeling okay full but definitely could have eaten more The beef was really tender and the quality tasted better than some of the other kbbq places in ktown I've been to. They didn't have as many side dishes though, which I would have appreciated more of. Service was also slightly rude and rushed, I get that it can be hectic in a kbbq restaurant and we were a large party, but even in the early pre dinner rush hour I felt like staff could have been a little more patient and kind.

Fun times. Fun food. Great service! Great place. When we arrived on a hot, hot day, the a/c was blasting. Felt great, but soon it became too much. The staff immediately shifted it and the temperature was perfect. Food was good. Real good. Expensive, but hey this is NYC. It is Korean BBQ prepared at the table. It was well prepared and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The restaurant was a little noisy, but people were enjoying themselves so more of an observation than complaint. Will I go back? I think so. Lots of choices around and I love to try new places. It may be awhile, but it was a fun experienced worthy of a repeat.

A not AYCE restaurant. It didn't disappoint. The complimentary steamed egg cooked table side was SO NEAT! It tasted delicious as well. I really liked the pork belly and marinated short rib. Highly recommend! The adjustable pipe mechanism to absorb the smoke? Functional and added to the ambiance. Service very attentive. Went at night but before midnight and there was no line. We weren't sure if we had to get in this elevator with a line but once we got out of the second floor we knew were in the right place. Host directed us immediately. We were seated quickly in a booth!
